I’ve Never Done Cross Stitch Before, Where Do I Start?
Firstly, find a pattern you love! The pattern will include instructions on what materials you will need (if not included in a kit). For almost all cross stitch patterns, all you’ll need are needles, thread, fabric, scissors, and a hoop to keep it all in place while you work. Your cross stitch chart will detail everything you need to know to complete it, including where to stitch and the colours to use. Youtube tutorials are recommended for complete beginners, as it is easier to get started with visual guides on the stitching technique.
Cross Stitch Kits are the Perfect Gift!
Cross stitch is a craft anyone can pick up easily and enjoy. Kits are the perfect option for beginners as they usually include everything you need to complete the project – no need to worry about picking out the individual materials. We have a range of beginner cross stitch kits that are perfect for getting into the hobby, as well as more complex cross stitch patterns for those looking to test their skills.
